1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@unknownlondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@unknownlondon.co.uk.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
